Ally Rybos

Ally Rybos is a passionate Licensed Social Worker from Superior, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a Health Care Certificate from the College of St. Scholastica in May of 2026, and is actively working towards earning her Masters Degree from St. Scholastica on the Advanced Standing track. She minored in both Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and Psychology, which has strengthened her commitment to advocating for those who are often underserved.

Ally greatly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults. Her Undergraduate field placement was at Superior High school, where she co-facilitated a weekly DBT group, and met with students one-on-one. She strongly believes that building rapport with clients is the most important step in developing a strong therapeutic relationship. With this, she strives to create a safe space for all people where they can feel comfortable to be themselves. Ally is often drawn to person centered and strengths based therapeutic styles, as she believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and each individual has their own set of unique strengths.

While not in the office, Ally can typically be found curled up with a book and a hot cup of tea. She also loves to paint, practice yoga, and spend time with her family and friends (especially her two dogs).
