Jean joins APC with 30+ years of clinical experience in a variety of local settings. She works collaboratively with clients to identify goals associated with emotional well-being, health, transitions, and life challenges thereby assisting clients in living life as their authentic selves.
As a generalist, Jean sees a wide range of concerns with specific experience addressing anxiety, eating disorders, body acceptance, and trauma. Her approach to psychotherapy includes meeting clients with compassion, holding space for deep conversation, as well as, identification of strengths and values to support goal attainment. She utilizes CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and ART in her practice tailoring the approach to client’s needs.
Outside of work Jean enjoys spending time with family and friends. She can also be found hiking, biking, skiing and running, practicing yoga, knitting, and enjoying connection. She operates from the belief that what is good for us physically also feeds us emotionally and spiritually. Jean brings this mind-body connection to her practice.
