Lindsey joined Arrowhead Psychological Clinic in November 2016. She is a Wisconsin native with a soft spot for Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 2013. She then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Education degree in Clinical Mental Health. Lindsey has experience working in a community mental health setting with children and teens on developing healthy coping skills. She has also worked with adult men and adolescents on the topic of sexuality. She specializes in wide variety of areas including anxiety, depression, sexuality and relationship issues.
Lindsey primarily works with adults and adolescents. She takes a person centered approach to therapy in order to build a positive relationship with clients. She also incorporates cognitive behavioral interventions and strives to use techniques that will fit the client(s).
In addition to Lindsey's passion for mental health, she has also spent 2 years as an active volunteer for the local Girl Scouts helping to build confidence and self-esteem in young girls.
